My issue is that the users from other time zone(me in Europe, they in USA) they see the reminder started from one day beforeĪt 5 pm to next day at 5 pm, and is not marked as "all day event", this happened in Outlook 2013/2016 on windows, in iCal on Mac is working fine, also on iPhone. Choose a date, time, and sound in the Reminder section of the Custom dialog box, then click OK. Specify a recurrence pattern, then set the button on the Home tab, and select Add Reminder.
#OUTLOOK 2016 REMINDERS TUTORIAL WINDOWS#
we've checked and PCs are set with sound, Outlook settings set to have a sound go off and show reminders, Windows Settings set to have Outlook notifications go off. Add a Reminder: In Mail view, select an item, click the Follow Up tab. 1) may or may not notify you at all, sound doesnt go off all the time.

(Note: Theres a space between outlook.exe and '/') After performing the steps, Outlook will open with all reminders cleared and will be regenerated at once. The issues we are having is when a calendar reminder goes off it.

I am developing a web application and I want to send reminders set as "all day event" to other users who use Exchange. In the Run dialog box, enter outlook.exe /cleanreminders and click OK.
